A maximum of 35 wind turbines are planned for the Kenkäkangas wind farm. An environmental impact assessment has been carried out for the project. The zoning of the project has progressed simultaneously with the environmental impact assessment. The zoning plan proposal is available on the website of Sievi municipality at www.sievi.fi/vireilla-olevat-kaavat. The draft plan is intended to be advanced during autumn 2025. The planning area is consistent with the approved regional plan.
